Description

Course ID 112249
The quest for excellence begins with an inner quest to discover who we are – our passions, values, talents, personal resources, and even those annoying habits we might prefer not to acknowledge. Having a better understanding of ourselves is the first step toward achieving a better relationship with others. Throughout this course you will have an opportunity to reflect on where you are in your journey through adulthood, determine the gap between your current and your ideal work environment and become a self-mentor for envisioning new possibilities for the years ahead. While this course is intended for directors and assistant directors of center-based early care and education programs, most of the topics and activities included in this course will be just as relevant to anyone working in the field of early care and education. The required book will be mailed to the address in your Growing Futures account within 10 business days of the start date of this course. You will need the book to complete this course.

Eager-to-Learn courses are instructor-led, online courses with weekly chat sessions, message board postings and email reflections.
