Fargo Cass Public Health
Confident Movers course will instill the importance, connect practical purpose, progress perception, and provide playful practice of movement. Attendees will become greater advocates of themselves and for the youth and families they serve. Course will incorporate lecture and activity as a way to emphasize content.
