Currently the Early Learning Coordinator at the Mandan Public School District, I spent 10 years as the Early Childhood Education Coordinator and assistant professor at the University of Mary. My background includes professional experiences with Child Care Aware, the ND Department of Public Instruction, Head Start and Early Head Start, Right Track, and Center-based child care. I am an Infant-Toddler specialist by training, but also enjoy the preschool and kindergarten age groups. My focus is the importance of social emotional development in young children through the use of developmentally appropriate practice.
