I have worked within the early childhood field since 1997, and have had the opportunity to fill many roles in the field as a home provider, Aid, Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Director, Director, and as an Early Childhood Consultant and trainer for many years. I hold a BA in Early Childhood from Mayville State University and a certificate in applied management specializing in Day Care from the University of Manitoba. I have been on various community governing boards (NDAEYC, NDECA, NWNDAEYC, Montessori of Minot Inc., ND SAP and National SAP & SICC Workgroup), worked with other training organizations (Idaho STARS), a QRIS pilot program (Washington State), CCAND, and have organized and implemented multiple recreational organizations in rural communities and a couple of cultural children’s camps. Finally I have 20 years of experience conducting trainings, conferences, and keynote presentations.
